 Intro

This is my Web page dedicated to Amateur Radio.  I have been an Amateur Radio Operator since 1992 operating mainly on VHF, 2m Packet.

I live in Smiths Falls, Ontario, a small town (9000 people) about 100 km south west of Ottawa, Canada's National Capitol.

I have a small HF station consisting of a Kenwood TS-830s feeding a Random Wire about 10ft above the ground.  I operate very little on HF mainly due to the high noise level from all the computer equipment in the home QTH.

I am a member and current secretary of the Rideau Lakes Amateur Radio Club here in Smiths Falls, and am also the secretary for the Saint Lawrence Valley Repeater Council.

Comments would be appreciated.  Drop me a line at ve3uil@rac.ca.
